My low back is messed, sick of not being able to work it. So tonight I went in for a 2nd session and did a light low back, ab workout.
for low back i did rack pulls, didnt' go to heavy, 405 x 6 on my top set. It hurt yet felt so damn good!

never done rack pulls, guess its just a deadlift but takes the legs and glutes out of the equation, like the stretch you get with box pulls, might try rack pulls next back day...

There isn't much range of motion on rack pulls so it is pretty light.

and yep, like a dead but you already have it up 1/2 the way.

Even when I was doing deads I liked them, was able to go heavier than deads and really work the low back.
