I thought I would start my first ever thread by asking what's your current stats and what are your goals...I'll begin with mine..

I am 32yr old..5'10...246lbs at about 11%bf. I would like to be around 255-265lbs and about 7%. I weighed 145lbs at 18, 175lbs 24-26yrs old til I did my 1st supplement ;) then hit 200lb mark at 28yrs old. I am on a clean diet and lift very intense. I def do not do any cardio whatsoever, never had beside when playing ball in High School. I hit the gym 5-6 days a week working from 1.5-2.5hrs. Looking in competing in Ga state bodybuilding competition in summer of 2011...

Mine used to be be to get BIG!!! Now I want to be in good shape and be able to keep up with all of my kids.

My first goal when I got into the whole body building thing was to hit 70kg ~

I'm now 70kg.. and short term I want 80 kg..

I know 80 isn't enough.. so I'm aiming for 105-110kg..

and then I will cut and run around the beach with no top on ~

hahahaha ~

Once you start you cant stop.

powerlifter?I used to be; that's until I blew out two disc in my lower back. Now I am switching over to body building.

its strange how goals change but they're always good as something to strive for, used to want to be 300lbs off season - got to about 280 this year but nowadays I'd rather be better not bigger.

really I'd say my goal is more fitness orientated now since I run 4-5 days a week and it kills my joints being to heavy so I'd like to maintain a physique around 230 but currently 245 and 6'2", having a hard time dropping another 15... want to drop my bf from 10% to 7.5% and just maintain it..

I used to be huge for my height and bodyfat percent. Now I kind of rgret it from fucked up joints and loose skin. So I'm trying to lean out and maintain some muscle and hope that my skin will tighten with good dieting and better excersize methods (in otherwords I feel fat even tho my waist is roughly the same size) to add to that I want to be fast, agile and flexable

Theses days Im more into being in shape then lifting big and being big. My goal for the summer is. First just get my ass back into the gym and after that I want to lose 10-15lb and my endurance back to were it was.

seems like a common theme that most of us notice as we get older, our joints are taking a toll from lifting heavy and carrying more weight then we probably were supposed to... damn Big K, you're 370! I'll stop complaining about my clicking joints, that is a lot of weight to carry around...

I still wanna lift heavy but know that my goals may be unreachable. Big B pushes me and thats what i need alot of times but his an my goals are alot different and so are our life styles. Hes 110 % dedicated wheres i am about 85 % buts we meet in the middle on alot of things. Hes a great friend to have in the gym and in life a friend i wish i had years ago to give me the extra push.

218.5 lbs this morning.
40 yrs. on the 27th of june.

goal is too get up to 225 on a cutting cycle. so, trying to get a little more mass and cut up some.
Currently 13 wks. into a t-bol/test/eq/mast/winny cycle which will be 20 wks. long. happy w/ my progress so far.

I'm 45 5-11 240 BF% ??
I want to be in the best shape of my life by 50. 20 years ago I was 250 and in great shape till the herniated discs. Then I got fat. Up till 2 years ago I was 230ish and 38 waist. Today I am 240 and 36 waist. I work on the road alot so I tend to overtrain. You know its an obsession when you roll into a town and find a gym before a hotel. LOL! Id rather overtrain then sit in the hotel room

well bro, you push me to the max and I appreciate that. Not sure what you mean by your goal being "unreachable" bc from what you told me you can easily achieve it...everything takes time and you'll be there before you know it..you already got the size, just need to trim down a litltle..hang in there and you'll do well

The prop EQ Im doing is really helping. I just need to control me eating. I train like an animal and eat what I want. Can see the top of my abs and I'm ok with that. Its an awesome feeling when every one stops and looks when you walk in the gym :D
