Hey guys,

I've recently started experiencing a very sharp strong pain in my eblows, in the joints.. I touch it and it feels like it may be the tendon? not sure..

Not sure how it started only started a few days ago 3-4?, my left started hurting.. now my right hurts too. It goes and comes away... It happens more at gym when I lift anything with my bi's.. and now it happened randomly as I was clicking my mouse..

Wtf?

Appreciate it =] as always ~

pain for sure on elbows or is it on upper forearms? Bc if it were the elbows it would hurt doing pressing movements unless you're just doing excessive amount of weights on biceps curls...either way it sounds like a tendonitis (bursitis, tennis elbow, ect..) which you hyperextended a joint, stretched a tendon or just inflamed for variety of other reasons. Just my guess from the little details you have given. If that's the case layoff of it for a little while, ice it then listen to how it responds and if feels better start out lifting lighter weight til comfortable moving up.

I have upped my weight recently, it feels like elbow.. I can stick my finger into the middle of it so im sure it's a bone..

hurts when I do pressing exercises ie, dumbells press etc.. but it depends on any movement I make with my arm to be honest.

I'll give it a couple of days?

no training?? :/

Had it many times over the years. I just lighten up on the weights and at times ice it...yes of course it goes away unless you keep aggravating it

That sucks I've beening with elbow pain for years now. I can't even throw a football or it will swell up for days.

That sounds like a bursitis...using the R.I.C.E treatment will heal that....have you ever tried injecting a syringe in that area to pull out the fluid?

I suggest icing your elbows three times a day during 15 minutes (not the lazy way .. take an ice cube and rub it in the painful area) then massage your elbows with a topical gel (like Ibuprofen) and take anti-inflammatories/painkillers. Staying away from the weights until the pain subsides might be a good idea (even if it's probably not what you want to hear).

Might be tendonitus... I get pain in my tendon where it connects closest to the elbow joint.

but ya might wana try glucosamine :)

Ok , def no more lifting till its gone.. tried chest today and could only get the weight up.. on the way down my elbows would just faill.. then I could push it up again and then on the way down fail..

I might just stick to abs, lowerback, squats.. doesn't put any pressure on my elbows..

Do some hammer curls too. It helped me.

def so...any arm exercises that doesn't affect the elbows help to keep the blood circulating through the elbow

Yup! no point in irritating it now and waiting another month.

I've been doing squats/legs alot an I am still noticing some gains in upper body.. so I guess it OK~

Guys.. I know it's a bit odd to ask, but for educational purposes :S

does deca sort out this problem?

What are you using for a anti-e. AI's if used at a high dose can cause havoc on joints. I just did a aggressive anti E cycle with high amounts of Adex and my joints hurt so bad. Specially my elbows. I can't even flex my right arm it hurts my elbow to bad.

I'm not using deca, I mean't can a low dose of deca solve a joint problem?

Cissus can be great for joint problems, depending on the problem 'bone or ligament, etc'
