Well I've started a new routine. And its full body routine and I thaught it would hhelp me slim up some and get me more mobiliy and flexability. Well I only do 3x a week and its all compound movements. 2 excersizes per part 2 sets per excersize. Accept legs is 3 by 3. I run no less than 3 miles 3 x s week and have a lot of calhistenics. Well here's the thing. I'm getting more mobile and faster but I'm getting huge!! I'm almost 190 again and I pulled up 225 for 10x on a deadlift easily to end my workout. I'm only taking tribulus. Good progress and I have no complaints about muscle growth but I figured I'd be losing instead of gaining.

190? Damn that didn't take long! Do you really need to slim up? Looked pretty lean already in the pics I saw.

Full body is great and EOD is ideal. Keep us posted, shasta. Do you keep a training log?
To shed the lbs, circuit training is the best method IMO.
