You already know that my laptop was reformatted, so I had to reinstall Java to access my cyber-rights account. I installed it but it's not working. I enter my password and it says "done but there are still errors on the page" or something like that and I keep getting a blank password box. It's as if it doesn't accept my password (I'm sure it's correct).
