I'm about to hit the fleet soon and its been a while since I've had a legit diet because of the crappy excuse for food here.
I need advice on a diet that would be beneficial for fighting and leaning out. I know thw macro ratios but I need good food options. I am no longer trying to bulk. Just trying to stay ripped while gaining and maintaning muscle

If you eat clean I would say you can eat as much as you want. Running around in combat situations burns alot more cals than lifting. Also in your kind off work you can't afford to be ran down and tired because you are carb depleting.
