Sciatica

A few days, I suddenly felt like a sharp pain in my right hamstring. I thought that it was just a light strain and that it would go away by itself but it appears to be sciatica and it's really painful :(

Yes I have lower back pain too but that's not unusual (I had x-rays taken last year and the radiologist didn't understand how I could still work with a lower back in such a bad condition.

I feel better, the pain isn't completely gone (I can feel it when I'm squatting) but I can walk normally now :)
