Great job, I also use the Smith Machine to do militarys (sp?). I have a shoulder issue and I usually don't have a spotter. The Smith Machine is the only way I can do shoulders.

I too only use the Smith for militaries. I don't trust anyone to spot me, except a small few. Therefore, I just go on the Smith. I have found that my shoulders and lower back don't hurt so bad anymore since I use the Smith.

I tried using the Smith Machine like bunny does but ... I can't find the right position for the bench. Either I'm too close to the barbell or too far :confused:

I havent either, have seen them being used, but not by females, its the blokes who seem to use them. Or maybe I dont really take any notice.
