I didn't post my log here lately but I'm still working out. The doc told me to take it easy b/c of the CPK enzymes that were elevated but I hit the gym twice a week to lift and I do cardio and abs EOD.

I relaxed all week-end, did a some walking: 6 miles on Saturday, 5 miles yesterday.

I felt more energetic this morning. Warm up was 3 miles brisk walking and 15 minutes arm bicycle.

I tried something different, lighter weights, higher reps and a last (killer) set of at least 20 reps with a very light weight (a variant of bigpetefox's blood force trauma routine).

My BP is too low again. I have what doctors call orthostatic hypotension. The doc gave me script for Effortil 5mg.

Warm up: stairclimbing (going up the stairs leaves me huffing and puffing, I need to work on that endurance) and 15 min stationary bike.

I did 45 min stationary bike and 350 abs this morning and this afternoon, I did one big set of 50 reps (lowest weight) of the following

I tried something new today ... the 20 min circuit workout.

The goal is to do a max of reps of bench press, squats, pull ups, military press, lunges, biceps curls, triceps extensions, leg extensions, leg curls in 1 minute, sit ups and crunches for 2 minutes and 2x3 minutes of jog or bike in between. To do a max of reps you need to stick to light weights.
