A thirteen-year-old British schoolboy has become a father.

Alfie Patten and his girlfriend Chantelle Steadman welcomed Maisie Roxanne to the world four days ago, The Sun newspaper reports.
The couple decided against having an abortion after discovering Steadman was 12 weeks pregnant.
"I thought it would be good to have a baby [but] I didn't think about how we would afford it …. I don't really get pocket money," Alfie, whose voice is yet to break, was quoted as saying.
"When my mum found out, I thought I was going to get in trouble."
Alfie's family, from Sussex in England's south-east, said that only those closest to them were told about the pregnant for fear their son might be "demonised" at school.
Chantelle, 15, admitted she and Alfie, who is only 122cm tall, would be accused of being irresponsible.
The pair knew they made a mistake but would do their best to be good parents, she said.
The pregnancy was discovered by Chantelle's mother Penny who noticed her daughter's weight gain.
Alfie's dad Dennis, who himself has fathered nine children, said his son was "desperate" to be a devoted dad.
"He could have shrugged his shoulders and sat at home on his Playstation," Mr Patten said.
"But he has been at the hospital every day."
***wow, this is just so wrong!!

Woman's record-length fingernails broken in crash
SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A Utah woman listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for her long fingernails has lost them in a car crash. Lee Redmond of Salt Lake City sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries in the accident Tuesday.
Redmond's nails, which hadn't been cut since 1979, were broken in the crash. According to the Guinness Web site, her nails measured a total of more than 28 feet long in 2008, with the longest nail on her right thumb at 2 feet, 11 inches.
Salt Lake County Sheriff's Lt. Don Hutson says Redmond was ejected from an SUV in the crash and taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Redmond has been featured on TV in episodes of "Guinness Book of World Records" and "Ripley's Believe It or Not."
