I know most do not believe it, have read some anabolic/peptides supposedly offer some spot fat loss properties.

What's your thoughts on this subject?

Gh definitely has some spot loss properties-well tested. Which peptides are you thinking of messing with?

Other than lipo, there is no real spot reduction...gh being about the best you are going to get.

HELIOS WILL WORK GOOD, OMEGAS HELIOS are GOOD, Contain YOHMIBINE as well. Start off with .25ML of syringe.

I am currently 220lbs at about 7%BF, When I start my cardio again I will go to 5 easily. I have done it before.

back on topic...gh seems to have some spot reduction, I have lost more fat in my stomach recently more so than the rest of body....usually it is the other way around, I will get ripped everywhere else, and my abs come in dead last. So I am going to have to say that gh has SOME spot reduction for fat.

Spot reducing doesn't work but lotions like TargeX or Yohimburn do help reducing the layer of fat on your abs.

I'm surprised you guys did not even mention clen. I gotten good feedbacks from many people I knew who took this.

Clen is great for fat burning over all, but I don't think it's much use for spot reduction. Only thing I know that's proven to spot reduce is gh.
