My shoulder was feeling better, now worse again!

Going to get it looked at.

Doubt this doc will find anything anyways, just a doctors helper actually PA or whatever they are.

They will do an MRI AFTER I go through physical therapy..

That sucks. I had a bad shoulder for a while. I did a MRI and it came up clean I swear it was much worse but a MRI never lies. I wish I never got a MRI on my lower back I really believe in the mind over matter.

Yeah mind over matter does work to an extent, sometimes however matter takes over mind if you like it or not ;)

Do you use Louie Simmons lifting techniques?...I have started picnching my my back and found it has takes a great deal of pressure off my shoulders...just curious G?

I pinch when I bench, no way I could otherwise as my shoulder is that bad.

No idea, I did tear my rotator cuff when I was younger. Doc only did an Xray of which she could see nothing.
