well its been about 8weeks or so since the back injury I have been doing PT and lower back exercises for a while..I am wanting to a cycle im thinking
600 Eq
400 test
5 weeks on 4 weeks off IGF
Im going to start the px90 which is pretty much a hour of push ups pull ups sit ups and a bunch of different jumps then followed up with yoga. I want to do alot of swimming also and wind sprints. Then get into Kickboxing. Not much weight lifting yet thats what got me in this mess.

My goals for the year are much the same. Finishing up PT in a few weeks for post back surgery. Then its cutter time with loads of cardio and high reps. My days of heavy weights are a thing of the past.............at least not in the immediate future.

Those are good goals lose some weight get diced up and in shape. I better take a pic because I see the bulk disappearing in the future.

Your's and mine both brother:(, I am going to watch this post so keep it updated on your progress. I am thinking more in the lines of 500mgs of Test E and 400mgs of Deca this time around. With a Prop kicker in the beginning and Anavar first 6 weeks.
