Naked Jalepeno Poppers

Split peppers length wise. Remove stem, seeds and membrane.
Fill peppers with cream cheese
Wrap with bacon slice 'cut in 1/2', use tooth pick to keep together.
Bake 15-20 minutes until bacon is crisp.
Eat!

I make these with tuna mixed in the cream cheese rather than the bacon... I love then they're great little snacks :)
