Have also axed flat bench for the time being to give my shoulders some time to heal.

Today I started with incline, 4 sets of 315 and then 2 sets of 335
To decline for the same, 4 sets of 315 and 2 sets of 335
Reverse decline 225, 245, and then 2 sets of 265
Then hit pec deck for the max x 4 sets.

Trying to keep the tension off of my outer shoulder area where the pain is at.

Probably a good idea. You have to know your body...there are different kinds of pain. You could end up doing some damage you may not recover from if you don't take it easy.

Today I went real light again, but higher reps. Shrugs were 225 x 20 for 4 sets.
Reverse shrugs 225 x 15 for 4 sets
Wide Grip Rows 225 x 8 for 4 sets
Tbar rows, 2 plates, 20 reps for 4 sets
I then did close grip and wide grip PD's forget the weights but went for 10 reps on all.

Man a decent w/o considering I went so light.
