squats I would think, girls who squat usually have a nice lower body.

Squats, lunges, and stiff legged deadlifts work the best for the buns. Just make sure you squeeze at the top ;)

How's your progress?
This is the wrong time of year to be asking about progress. :o:mad: Holidays suck for people trying to get in/stay in shape!
And the last 2 weeks, I've only been able to get to the gym one day a week. And my back is still sore from last Monday's workout. :mad:
Now's the perfect time to hit it hard though! :p

Hurt my back. :( For a while I was spending more time at the chiropractor than I was at the gym. She told me I was trying to lift too heavy. I told her that was the point! :rolleyes:
Anyway, I am back at it now. Just got to go once last week, and did upper body that time. I was sore after - but just normal workout sore. Should be able to get back into a regular routine now (but still have to ease up on the back workout).
I'm just a part-time weightlifter anyway, so progress is slow.
