NICE BRO!I have a Lab, she is big enough for now, almost 75lbs @ 8 months. I'd like to get a male bull mastiff within a couple years, and I know they are great with kids, but it will be hard to convince my girl that they are safe. (if and when we decide to have kids.)

BullMastiff's are AWESOME with kids. Mine this morning was laying on my son 'in a cute way' not wanting him to go to school.

The only thing they have is the sheer size can create accidental injuries, they however would not hurt a fly. Should someone try to hurt your kids though, that's a different story!

i know...but she thinks like you said, that a bully will knock down the kids by accident. I told her to watch our lab around kids, she is so gentle with them. Her tail, now thats another story, its wicked!

A lot of it is how they are trained, plus kids bounce back pretty fng quick!
