My wife is buying me my first tattoo for my brithday this month...looking for suggestions..Been looking online for a while.and have seen severl I like, but nothing that has reached out and shook me...will be put on one of my shoulders, not sure which one yet...

I like:
crosses, skulls, Texas, atrological signs (sagitarius), tribal, and celtic
not in to:
naked women, death, sports teams, too much color, or intrical designs

I will be 38 this year..so I don't want something stupid...something basic but not cliche'...any suggestion would be appreciated though..Thanks ya'll!!

My first was a small eagle. You may want to go talk to the tat artist and see if he can draw up somthing for you. I would go during the day cuz nights then tend to be busy and wont have time. Dont get something that everyone has be different.

Like Buck said, you want something that is original and meaningful to you. When Wendy got her last one, the guy spent 2 hours drawing it up before she got it. I guarantee nobody has one like it.

Word of warning though, they are highly addictive. I got my first at 36 after years of preaching against them. I have 6 now-at 40.

I've had several in mind, even had some drawn up.

On my back I'd like a cliff bluff, fog, waterfall with a wolf howling, bald eagle flying with a moon in the back. Something similar to that.
