Well...did you win?

Yeah, I did. So what should I buy? I don't usually take supplements. I have taken CLA and DHEA in the past (and wasn't impressed with the results), and ordinary multi-vitamins of course.

I wouldn't mind getting some kind of a fat burner or an energy booster, or anything else that you'd recommend... So what do you think?

I hear the lipo6's are good...never tried them.

They have a bunch on sale. Best thing for fat burning though is to crank up the cardio.

Will do. :p But there is no harm in cranking up the cardio and taking a few supplements, is there??? :p

Come on over and I'll arm wrestle you for them... :D

I think I'll be needing everyone of them. :o I'd love to lose another 15 lbs, but I don't know if that's even possible. *sigh*

I'm sure it's just water weight.

These babies have 400mg of caffeine per daily dose in them. So they recommend not taking any other caffeine sources along with them. So there goes my Mountain Dew habit. :( If I lose wieght on these, I am sure it will be as much as from kicking the MD as it is from the pills.

Yeah, that's an awful lot of empty calories. After awhile you won't even miss them. I rarely drink anything but water anymore.

Lipo6 is great stuff...I get by fine with one pill in the morning, and one before workout. I got mine from A1 too, but it was a long time ago.

Lipo6, are those the liquid filled ones? I believe I tried those in the past.

Yeah, they are a capsule within a capsule. They are pretty cool looking...

And I am at the max dose. 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.

I've been taking these regularly for a month now.

Zero results. :(

I have enough to complete a full cycle of them, but I'll never take them again after that.
