Just picked some of this up, for the price it's not horrible. Taste is decent, definitely not weak! If it lasts even close to the 12 hours it claims it's definitely worth the buy.

I'm using standard whey and waxy maize for PWO but taking 2 separate servings of the Elite 12 Hour protein split up during the day to try to increase my protein intake.

Sounds interesting- even with long acting protein I like to mix in whey and whey isolate and get some shorter faster absorbing proteins.

So far I'm liking it. It mixes a bit odd, but that appears to be from the added BCAA and other items.

It also has something added to increase absorbency of the protein 'according to the label.

The formula is great, but I had to gag down a whole nasty tub of the fudge brownie flavor.

i believe i just went through12hour elite fudge brownie as well... i loved it, took two scoops at night with organic pnut butter and milk..... wow was it good. i use casein every night.. and usually make it through the night without eating again ;) then during the day regular whey, right now optimum nutrition, and i use dymatize elite isolate pwo.

A few times I got a big chunk of it not mixed up and it tasted almost like pudding, was damn good.
