I short on time in need of a cuttig diet that works and well my bigest part is easting rite so that when you all come in toss me some meal plans simple easyive got A LITTLE OVER EIGHT WEEKS SO LETS HEAR IT CARDIO 2TIMES A DAT 3-4 DAY A WEEK AND WORKING 5DAYS A WEEK I NEED TO GET THE FOOD INTAKE ASWELL AS THE FOODS RITE I AM I DONT KONW THE MEANING OF GIVE UP SO TO IT AND WILL PUT 100% for the next8weeks so who is gonna help i picked up 30 lbs of lazy over the summer and its got to go more if i can thanks for anyinf on meals food ect

Diet my friend. eat every 2 hours to keep you motabolism flowing, andmake sure its quality carbs and legit protien intake for you for your muscles. work within the 15-20 rep range with no more than 1 minute rest as well. low intensity cardio onec a day should be good but make sure its more than 15 minutes.
macros should look like

35% protein
40% carbs
and 25% fat cor cutting
500 cals under your daily needs.

also when you sdo your workouts, compund movements IE squats, chest press and pullups and rows should be your main target as compunds burn more energy
