MEXICO CITY - Kidnappers killed a 5-year-old boy by injecting him with acid after his family sought police help — a new low even for Mexico's brutal kidnapping gangs.
Mexico City Attorney General Miguel Mancera said Monday that assailants injected the acid into the boy's heart and buried him on a hill outside the capital — a death that showed the plague of kidnappings for ransom afflicts the working class as well as the wealthy.
A kidnapper seized the child at a street market in the gritty borough of Iztapalapa on Oct. 26 and the boy was killed three days later, Mancera's office said in a statement.

Killing a child molester or someone who does that type of things to innocent kids is referred to as a righteous killing. I would have no problem with it

2 things that come to mind about this besides the obvious evil behind it. #.1 there is no death penalty in Mexico. #2 there are people in this country who oppose the death penalty for crimes like this.

I am for the death penalty in many cases where people would not be. 'However' I firmly believe the proof must be far greater than is currently accepted for death penalty cases. Too many are sent to death that are innocent.

This would be a definite case where the death penalty should be used IMO, as long as there is enough proof. Something along the lines of a solid case PLUS video and or DNA evidence for starters.
