I bought some more tonight, they are not bad in a pinch and high in protein.

90 calories for 14 grams, easy to make in the micro.

Add 2 slices of WW and I can get almost 20 grams of protein for under 200 calories!

Yeah but i bet they arent better than a deer burger.

I think soy is a high portion, some have other beans as well ;)

I had canned chili myself, 15 grams of protein per serving, 2 servings per can. Not horrible for canned slop.

I love can chili. When bulking its great to get a few cans and cut up a few potatoes and put in the crock pot for the whole day makes a damn good PWO meal
