View Full Version : You ever experiment?
Right now I'm making something purely to get rid of some ingredients AND for decent protein levels.
I doubt it's going to taste good :o
It's a meatloaf 'yuck' with ground turkey, fat free refried beans, some reduced fat triscuits, shredded carrots, habeneros, cottage cheese, etc.
Guess I'll see when it's done, might just have to try to swallow w/o tasting! :D

The cottage cheese may be the down fall.

It actually wasn't bad!
The little BBQ sauce and honey mustard I added with other seasonings saved the day!

LMAO...I guess if you put enough seasoning on it anything will taste good.:D

Isn't that the truth!
:D
Hot sauce FTW!
Should have seen my turkey meatloaf yesterday. It looked gross as hell but it was good!
Forget all the ingredients but just for starters packet of pink salmon, ground lean turkey, carrots, triscuit crackers, habenero peppers, low fat cottage cheese, some seasonings.
On the top I made a little channel and filled with honey mustard, then topped with oatmeal and drizzled bbq sauce and honey mustard on top of that.
It actually was good! Just finished it up.
