What's your favorite Chest Pressing Movement?

Mine is bar none wide with a reverse grip. It hits the outside of my chest so awesome, really brings the lats in as well.

bosu ball pushups, feet on the ball with two dumbells placed in front of me either close with a neutral grip or standard with a reverse grip.

If I was still doing weights, hands down dumbell press

I like dumb bell presses, my gym's only goes up to 100 though.

Have you ever tried the reverse grip wide press? It's killer ;)

i did try reverse bench.. if thats what you mean?

Not a standard reverse grip, a reverse grip with going as wide as you can as well. Hits the lats something fierce.

i only tried normal grip once. I will try it with my pushups to get the same effect ;)

I like wide grip inclines, tore the fuxx out of my nuckle so many times on the 1/2 rack though :o

I do love cable cross overs ;)

I like dumb bells on how deep I can get, if only my gym would get bigger ones!

My flat is suffering from all my other presses I do, 'but' I know I'm stronger in those odd presses I do had I not done them. All and all that's a plus to me ;)
