I am going to be making a new thread 'this one' which has the current security options EG uses for the public.

Auto Pruning of your IP #'s - IP numbers are like your phone number, a unique identifier to the end users. Enhance Genetics automatically prunes your IP #'s from the VB software install at set intervals. This is not only done to protect your privacy, it also keeps the data base smaller and more efficient.
Anonymous Posting - Certain forums allow for you to post anonymously. Lets say you are embaressed you can check the 'Make Post Anonymously' which will use the anonymous poster ID to create the post/thread keeping your idenity private.
We use our own server with a strict firewall system in place. We keep server software as up to date as possible.
Encrypted PM's - We have installed a plugin to encrypt your PM messages. Even if the staff here wanted to read your messages we CAN NOT.
Profile Security - You can change your profile YOURSELF to determine who can see your profile. You can find these options in your user CP or go direct to the following link Enhance Genetics (http://www.enhancegenetics.com/profile.php?do=editprofile).
Panic button - Go to Enhance Genetics (http://www.enhancegenetics.com/profile.php?do=editoptions) on the bottom you'll see a place to enter your panic URL. Once done you'll have a red panic button, if in 'panic' mode simply click the button to be taking to your panic location. We do not sell, rent, or give away your information to anyone!
