Food;
fruits and veggies and fiber cereal

Protein source,
BCAAs
Taurine
Glutamine powder
every meal..

the point to this?
I want to experiment How lean I can get and how much muscle mass I can preserve at the same time.

feed back? remember Im not body building anymore. Just trying to get as lean and as much strength/endurence I can.

not really. its only for a month, and I spend 20 bucks per week on protein powder, 20 on meet etc... this would be enough to replace it at a decent price

I would add more carbs in the diet maybe a couple cups of brown rice a day I have a good idea of how I think you are training Im kinda doing the same. Your body is really going to need the extra boost from those carbs just keep feeding yourself good cals. And you will get lean with out that burned out filling. You know a professional biker or hiker gets in about 6 to 8000 cals ED and they are still lean its the demand they put on their body. Keep us informed on how this diet treats you
