say I am doing my body weight movements And I do legs 1 day and upper body the next. Do you think it would be alright for me to just hit say, legs in the morning and than upper body at night than just take the next day off for cardio ?
I would say it depends on how you feel ;)

I agree...as long as you are rested enough to have a good work out it's all up to you.

I think as long as your able to recover both with your body and mind, then it's ok.
