I buy the b-complex...use 29 ga needles..take 1 cc a week sub-q..i think it helps with immunity..and overall health...been taking it a while..and notice when i miss a poke

i reccomend NOT combineing it with your oil based gear shots. more chance of problems.

bump on that! dont mix water based and oil based injects... viscosities are totally different.

I use it quite often. As opposed to sublinguals, injects are much better. I was taking 2500 mcgs of oral subl to notice what I get from 1000mcgs inject. I was taking ED and notice my immunity to colds has been a bit better and I definitely notice an increase in energy. My mom also uses (but has prescription) because she has an hypothyroidism. On top of the levothyroxine she can notice a huge difference if she doesn't take the B-12 in just a day/

It's mostly used for increase in appetite. Since I'm an old fart, it also gave me a little more energy. Taking any vitamins is going to help your immune system.

What I take it for is an improved immune system, I take 1000mcg twice a week and knock on wood haven't been sick all winter. Didn't take it the the previous 3 years and had lingering sinus infections all winter long, I'm convinced its help boost immune system like they say, its cheap and easy to shoot with a slin pin, I recommend it.

yeah buddy, I usually just do it in the delts with a slin pin since its water based, it will get where it needs to be. I'm holding on to a couple of things of kynoselen too, I want to try it but I only have dosage for horses and dogs, not sure I'm the same size as a horse just yet.

Not hijacking but anyone know dosage for kynoselen?
