I go by how i feel and if i have recovered from the last one mostly. If i have an libido i feel i have recovered. Blood test is really the only way to tell if your back on track or not.

Isn't it essential to be off for basically how long you have been on? not including the pct (if its shorter?)

Everyone has their own way, some never go off

Doesn't that damage your natural body function? Ie, might become sterile?
Also, wouldn't you need some HUGE pct after never going off??
I think most of us here would like kids in the near future lol.

I don't go by that rule. If your new to cycling then I do recommend time on= time off.

One cycle could have those effects. Its the chance you take.
I'd like to be infertile in the future ;)

You hump 5 times ED and can't seem to have a baby. I don't know if its a issue you can have tests done. When it comes to being shut down you will know you will have no sex drive or energy to do anything. I spent 3 years shut down it sucks.

Im on HRT now. I got into a bad motorcycle wreck severely damaged my pelvic area. Did not really know intill I did my Pre blood work and saw my test levels then I put 2 and 2 together. Once I introduce test back into my system is was night and day.

Hormone Replacement treatments. That means I need a synthetic testosterone. I can't produce any on my own.:(

I never come off either. For me at 45 my body wasnt producing squat for test. So I started HRT with a clinic, but that was so expensive. I have all the kids I want and I'm fixed :D

But for someone a little younger, between 21-25 they would def need time off ie, pct then about as long as you have been on off.. so 10 week cycle.. PCT then 10 weeks off minimum , isn't that right?

Thats why its good to do blood work to see if you have fully bounced back. I would add up the weeks you were on PCT.So 10 weeks on 3weeks PCT off 13 weeks.

If you haven't done a blood test prior should you still do it ? If you have no indication of what your previous test levels were?

Im on right now. Prior though i wasnt using anti-e's.

I would do PCT and time off then right before you start next cycle get the blood work done. You should be having you blood work done while on but just to check you lipids and cholestorol. The doctors freak when your test levels come back at near 5000 lol
