I always wanted one...aren't they good for decompression? Seems like it would be a good way to unload after some heavy squats.

Yeah supposed to be. I could feel the weight literally come off my lower back, still feeling pretty good. I only tried it literally for a few seconds.

Sears has got a decent one one sale right now ;) Goes to 6'6" and 300 pounds.

Working pretty good so far ;)

It's mainly for my wife who has 2 degenerated disks in her lower back.

Hey.

Ladders are one thing that pisses me off. Barely any ladders people have go above 200 or 250!

Plan on trying it tonight, my back is just a tad sore from my upper back workout. Plus I have leg day tomorrow! Can't wait to see how it feels after squats and deads!

I got a nice one that goes to like 300 or 350. But when you go by people I meant, I've broken ladders before :o

Man I used it yesterday after doing heavy rack pulls, zercher squats, etc. My low back was so pumped/tense.

The inversion table took the stress right off, relaxed it so much!

Definitely worth the price IMHO.
The cheaper ones even fold up from what I know, taking up little space.

I'm such a fat ass though I needed a heavy duty one :D

Can I get someone to build me one of those, sounds like it would feel great.
