Suggestions for something to get back into the swing of things.
I am getting extremely dizzy during workouts, so I am a bit limited.
I can only last about 45-60 minutes at the top end.

Looking to at least build some strength back.

Isn't DC pretty intense?

not really.............alot of stretching and short sets with only targeting specific muscle groups daily. looks like a quick workout actually

Maybe that's what I need.

I can't workout long, I prefer targeting muscle groups, plus I am in need of stretching/flexibility.

I'll have to look into it, thanks!

I am going to be doing the DC training myself when i can lift in about 4 more weeks. I have never worked out more than 1.5 hrs not really any sense in anything longer IMO.
