Light dumbell curls for reps to warm up....30 reps
Moderate/Heavy bicep dumbell curls 8-12 reps each
Standing barbell curl drop sets...3 sets....1 immediately after the next...decrease 30lbs. from set to the next
Nautilus machine individual bicep curls......25 reps with each individual arm then 25 curls for a final burn out with both arms to finish!
