Liver Supplements

Ok what supplements are known to be good for the liver. My levels are still high, not overly high from my reading but 'high' in any case.

I am going to start taking milk thistle again and going to avoid all alcohol again. I have to admit I started drinking a few more beers than normal as this shit is truly starting to depress the **** out of me.

Anything else that is normally considered good for the liver?

Or both for awhile but dont run them both for more than 2 weeks at a time. I take milk thistle ed even if i am not on cycle.

I heard liver longer is pretty good.

Yeah I actually read a study a few months ago claiming it had no effect at all.

I used to take that, but damn so pricey
