The board will apply the obesity charge to anyone with a body mass index of 35 or higher who is not making progress. A person 5 feet 6 inches tall weighing 220 pounds, for example, would have a BMI of 35.5. A BMI of 30 is considered the threshold for obesity.

Another brainless attempt, so what weight lifters will be considered 'obese' and have to pay extra for their health coverage!

im sure you can visually see whom is fat and whom is fit. My BMI stated Im obese but i dont look fat at all. THey will probably just pick out workers that appear fat. Do i agree with this, not really, especially when food prices raising cause much to find a means of cheap food which is usually unhealthy.
