My wife took a quick vid the day I was getting pumps, this was at the end of one of them. Only the tri's remained severely pumped at this time, my chest and lats were also before hand, somewhat relaxed during the vid.

It's not the greatest quality, I'm hairy as fuxx in it :D But if you look you can see the vein in the tri/elbow area just pounding. I am not flexing at all, but the pump seized my arm up big time.

I know the feeling its like a real bad cramp i get them in my arms all the time.

Yeah I get the a lot as well, this day was just nuts though. Chest, Lats, hands, Tri's and more. Kept hitting over and over again.

Bahh maybe I'm just a ***** :D

Nah dude i feel them the most when i drink to much beer and not enough water or when i am mid way thru a big cycle. The forearm pumps are a biatch.

Of course if it'd bring back the size I lost I'd gladly take them again!
