View Full Version : How much cardio
Do you do? I'm slowly trying to work some in. I walk to the gym, do my workout. Then like today I did 5 1/2 minutes on the eliptical followed by walking home.
I know 5 minutes isn't a ton, I however don't want to over do it. This is after a 2+ hour workout.

Damn! I used to do 2+ hours a day, just became too much. I was more cut than I am now, but didn't have near the strength.

I do weights in the am and when all the moms and wifes get off of work i go back in the pm and do 30-45 min of cardio and watch the women do there thing in the other room. I can watch them from the top and get a great view when they do there leg spreads :D

I do around 30min or so 4 or 5 days EW just to maintain the my leanest my diet pretty much determines how cut I will get. For me its about how I look and my condition compared to how much I can lift these days
I am not going to do any cardio atm, lost way too much size the way it is.

COnstant heavy lifting has hurt my joints and nerves so i am going for reps.

Ya me too the years of heavy lifting has done its toll. I need to see a doc for a couple of injuries but I know the outcome will be surgery and I can't afford to be laid up right now
