View Full Version : Continuing to lose weight

Dropped down to 257 today from my high of 284 just a few weeks ago. Almost 30 pounds lost so far!

I'm not even doing any real cardio, I did do 5 minutes today at the end of my workout on the eliptical. Besides that I do a little walking but that's about it.

Been simply trying to eat less, but more protein than usual. Even so I've had a few bad days as of late eating and I'm still losing weight! Looking leaner though, not all muscle loss. Top abs showing, looking a lot more vascular.

Debating, might try to hit 250, haven't been that light in awhile.

Just not sure how much I want to lose. Was hoping to hit 300 on my next bulk!

Right on bro keep up the hard work if I was you I would just keep rolling with it intill you plateau out. I got back on my off season diet still pretty clean but nothing like before and I shot up almost 10lb in two weeks Im still pretty lean it mostly filled me out a little. When I get back from vacation I might go back on that diet for 6 weeks

Wow, that's a lot of weight in a short period of time. You're doing the same workout just eating less? Congrats...

I did change my workout a bit, some of the weight though is water from creatine

I've actually been 'feeling' like I've been eating more lately but continue to lose more weight. I am however sleeping much better lately!

I can guarantee I gained some this past day or two! :D
