Normally I use taurine and potassium for my staples for muscle pumps.

Today however my pumps were so horrible they lasted for hours, my tri's, traps, lats, chest and even hands got them.

I tried tramadol, aleve, muscle relaxers, ben gay and nothing really worked.

I had some Absorbine Jr laying around and it immediately helped! It did not take the pump completely away immediately, but the cooling sensation did help a little bit each time the pump got severe.

It's a liquid with easy applicator almost like a small deodorant, pain relieving liquid.

ever since i started making my own workout drinks i hardly ever get debilitating pumps. i take a gallon of water to the gym with me, mix in 4scoops of isopure whey, 3 tbsp's of honey, 3000mg of potassium powder, and 1 scoop of knox joint compound.... i drink this throughout the entire workout... keeps me full of energy too.

I should start mixing my own preworkout drinks again. So nice to be able to control what goes in it.
