View Full Version : Starting something new
Not exactly sure how I'm going to go about it, but tomorrow I plan on switching things up.
Going to be on a de loading style phase. Going to be going a bit lighter, possibly working in chest and shoulders in the same day with back and bi's on another. Usually I work them separate.
Can feel the soreness already! :D

its a good idea to switch it up. I am going ligher now too, 10-15 reps on upper body and 20 reps on lower body.
I'm losing weight like a mofo as well now! Just weighed myself, even though I look/feel a bit bloated from the weekend I'm down to 259!

excellent? hows your strength
Strength is down a bit I 'think' but today I hit basically only dumb bells. I did chest and shoulders.
HOLY **** am I having the pumps! My tri's, my fingers, my chest, shoulders and lats all at once! Was horrible, muscles contracting without me trying to! Painful!
Did chest with an emphasis on tri's today and shoulders. Worked out pretty good.

I went back to tris on back day and Bis on chest day,
Starting to move back to my single body part per session, long and heavy. I always lose so much strength so quick when I don't go long and heavy!
