How is your diet now are you carb depleting if you were bulking I would assume to wait intill your natural T-levels were back before started to trim up easy come easy go.

Im going on vacation in a week two weeks on the road Disney land and then swinging over to Sea world and the San Diego zoo. My diet is really going to such. Its kinda planned out but very limited on what I can do with a toaster and micro wave. Im going to buy a little grill so I can grill chicken at night. Or I might just get there and say Fu*k it all and enjoy my vaction and eat cheese burgers everyday

Take protein bars, powder, high protein snacks such as pork rinds. I took them up with me camping, was never one for them until I watched a show on how they are not bad for you, high in protein, low calorie, loaded with good fat 'same as in olive oil' a bit high in sodium but as long as you don't over do it.
