Ya bro stretching is very important being stiff can lead to some serious injuries down the road. I stretch every morning and before and after workouts

I try to stretch once in awhile, just usually don't.

I know I have to, just never get around to it. Call me lazy!

But on a serious note. I have to keep very flexible cuz of my martial arts. Even as big of a bou as i am i surprize many on how flexible i am. I cant do a split but can get my feet above mosts peoples heads and i am 6'6" around 285-295 depending on how many beers i have had that week :p

Me too but at least when I fill something go in my back if I stop right there Im good to go. In the past there was no warning as soon as i felt that filling I was bed ridden for a few days and out of the gym for a week. my first week I started with my current company I pulled my back on squats and I could not work for 4 days I thought I was going to get fired for sure. Now I make sure I have time to get a good stretch in before every workout

I stretch when I awake, I feel all my endorphins and hormones rush through me afterwards.

Does anyone do any swimming to help with flexibility?

swimming is great for full body mobility but you still need to stretch even from swiming.

We have stand up tanning beds at the gym. I get bored in there, so I do some stretching...not much room, especially for my big ass, but I get a little done-nothing like killing two birds with one stone:D
