Today was chest day, started out with my normal. Incline, then flat and decline heavy presses for about 3-6 reps per set.

I then however did all 'what he calls them' super drop sets. I wore my tri's the **** out.

I did incline, decline, flat, reverse flat, fast twitch flat, incline, flat and decline db fly's, db pull overs, db flat press, cable fly's and not sure what else.

Was a hell of a workout!

Time will tell. I don't feel as worn out as I normally would, but during the workout it felt more like a cardio burn than normal.

Tomorrow is back day, don't think I'll be doing much of these then. I might do some of my lat pull down moves and such with it.

Damn bro thats one serious chest workout. I could pull off three weeks of chest workouts with all those movements. It must take alot for you to over train. Im spent and ready to go home after 4 different exercises

I went back in tonight for a light 2nd workout as I had too much energy left!

Did Zurcher's, some hammer curls, then some ab and side work.

Yeah it takes a lot for me to over train, that actually isn't as long as my normal workouts for chest!
