How do you all mesure your body fat%
I use hand calipers and go half way down the crest a CM away from the pinch on my chest, abdomen, and thy.
I have a pair of digital calipers I have used in the past, 3 points.

I have no idea what my bf% is but I'm sure it's high
All I do is look into the mirror (and the mirror is my worst enemy). I should buy calipers b/c I heard that those scales that are supposed to measure your bf are not accurate at all.

Doesnt your scales tell you that? You put in your height and weigh yourself then the scales tell you your body fat?

I look at it like this. Those scales and calipers can say one thing but if you look in the mirror and you look like shit or see a body part thats is lagging or something then you know what needs to be done. Nothing better than coming of a nice bulker or a good cutter and walking by a mirror and admiring your hard work and good gains. What you see in the mirror is what everyone else see to.

Who cares what the number is. Weight, BF. Doesn't matter. If you look in the mirror and you are ok with what you see, Fine. If not, do some thing about it. I go to the gym every day for me and no one else. The head turns are just an added benefit

Im not sure what this matters to your post but when you get use to it being hot all the time youll feel the slightest breeze. Just make sure you wipe that sweat off your face as often as you can.

Not sure what you're saying but welcome to EG...
I used to go to a dietician that worked out of my gym. She would use the hand calipers and measure 7 sites and then work the formula from those measurements.
