I just started eating dry bagged beans instead of canned.
A few good things, they are not as soggy so it's like a different taste.
They are super cheap.
Plus it appears according to the bag that they are higher in protein and fiber, less in cals than canned versions!
The ones I got are 60 calories per serving for 8 grams of protein and I forgot how much fiber but it was a lot.
1/2 the bag is 360 calories roughly, 48 grams of protein and is A LOT of food. It's so much I can barely eat 1/2 of the 1/2 bag with my meal, I get so full and stuffed. I then eat the rest later that night for a snack which works awesome.
It keeps me full and tired from eating I don't want to eat more!
