I still need to get shopping to pick up some much needed food, but so far today I've had the following. I try to estimate the cal count as close as possible.

1 Egg White Omelet 70 calories
1 Whole Wheat Toast 35 Calories
1 small glass grape fruit juice 80-100 calories
2 Amino Acid tabs 14 calories
1 Fish oil 10 calories

During Workout
2 Amino Acids 14 calories

Post workout
Protein Shake 280 calories
Soup 90 calories

Snack Banana 125 calories ?

Pre dinner 2 amino acid tabs 14 calories
Fish Oil 10 calories

Dinner
2 Salmon fillets 400 calories
Beans 200 calories
Steamed veggies 50 calories

Snack
Amino Tabs 14 calories
Beans 200 calories

Snack Sugar Free Jello 10 calories

Middle of the night snacks
Protein bar 280 calories
Sugar free jello 15 calories

Bahh that was just my breakfast before going in, I'll be adding it to it as I eat. :D

Noticing something..

What I am eating today isn't far off from my normal, just controlling it a bit more.

#1 My protein intake is nowhere near enough.
#2 My calorie count is way, way under what it should be for someone my size. I've always had a bad metabolism but this is ridiculous.

I'm betting most days on a bulk I might be hitting 3,000 calories on average, some days less, the occasional cheat day.

Up your protein for sure and keep the cals low bro for 2 days on and the next carb load but not on crap get your carbs from sweet potatoes oatmeal and fruit but keep the sugars like the fruit for the morning you will fill back to normal the next day just in time to deplete again. When you get used to that go 3 days until you carb load 6 weeks of that with high protein you will be heading in the right direction. Cutting sucks its hard work but worth it at the end. What are your protein sources. Im getting these tuna steaks they are 40grams a package and very simple I eat one of those with a few eggs and some carrots on my meals.Good luck bro

Protein mainly comes from oatmeal/egg whites, supps, fish, chicken breast, some beef.
When I have it, cottage cheese, yogurt

Yeah cutting sucks balls, 'but' I need to seriously lose some water and fat weight.

I think I might want to get to the doc and have my metabolism tested to be honest.

Yeah 'but' I literally even on this cut diet, don't eat much more on a bulk. Maybe 3K :confused:

I am upping my cals today, gotta get more protein.

I'm logging protein and calorie counts in a book, trying to find a middle ground from low enough cals to cut quickly 'but' enough protein to keep muscle.

Could definitely tell my power/energy is suffering.
Today I went in for my chest/tri day where I emphasize on my tri's.

For warm up I started with 365, normally I can hit it for 4 times w/o trouble. Today reps 1-3 went up fine, the last rep though I got my right side up, left side I could not lock out! :mad:

Hey bro don't expect your strenth to stay the same while cutting you will be tired and you will also lose alittle muscle thats part of it. Just don't lose alot of your muscle but expect to lose some.

Way too tired today, I'm upping my cals, not being anal on watching them as badly.
