Nice to meet everyone. I've taken a break from online activity since what happened a short while ago, but I'm glad i found a good forum that seems fairly secure. I've done a couple small test cycles, been lifting and doing MMA for 5 years now. 5'9 190 lbs and 11% bf which i really need to cut :p
