Fish, spinach salad, asprasgus
Chicken, spinach salad, green beans,

Just gotta mix the fish and chicken up bro. Try and stay away from red meat for awhile. You will loose fat and still gain muscle if you eat enough times during the day i did anyway.

Heres my current weekly diet I am doing prop tren and masteron and ephedra and 45 min of cardio 5 to 6 times EW with fast weight training 10to12 reps 30sec between sets four sets and 3 different angles per muscle
Mon tues, thurs fri sat
Meal 1 egg on a whole wheat English muffin
protien shake and 1 1/2 cup strawberries and a peach with a bowl of oat meal
My first meal on sat is 1cup of yogert and 1/2 oats
meal2 protein shake and 2 special k bars or a can of tuna and a 2 hard boil eggs
Meal 3 2 cans of tuna on a salid with 1/4 cup cranberrys
meal 4 6 eggs
meal 5 2 cans of tuna or a chicken breast and broccoli
meal 6 casin protein with 16oz fat free milk thats right before bed
wed and Sun days are my carb up days
wed meal 1 is the same
meal2 A wrap with a tortilla with 8 oz of ham and tomatoes lettuce and cheese
meal 3 1 tuna sandwich on ( two pieces of whole wheat bread)
meal 4 2 turkey tacos with lots of veggies ground turkey and re fried beans on a corn tortilla
meal 5 casin protein with fat free milk
Sun is when I really hit the carbs so Im ready for the week ahead
meal 1 2 potatoes fried in olive oil and 6 egg whites glass of OJ
meal 2 turkey burger and chips
meal 3 yogurt and oats
meal 4 steak and big bake potatoe or a sweet potatoes
meal 5 casin protein shake
Ive been on this diet for 4 weeks Iv'e already lost 10 lbs when it comes time for my body to lose weight its very hard I have a job were I bust my ass 8 hr a day so it takes a lot for me to get over into that weight loss mode and this diet and training is doing the trick the gear is only here to help maintain my LBM not to melt away with the fat

Yeah I can cut easy, but I want to spare as much muscle as possible ;)

Haven't actually started cutting yet but did throw in a supplement that is supposed to help with excess water weight and fat gain from increased estrogen, lost several pounds already and looking a bit less soft :o

I haven't started my true cut yet, BUT I'm down 11 pounds already. Can tell a lot is water weight, not looking nearly as soft as I was.
