it makes sence, but i also believe his genetics have alot to do with it.
Yeah it makes sense to a degree, but if lifting I just don't buy getting the amounts of amino's you need w/o protein.
Plus genetics more than likely has a huge thing to do with it. How much would he be if he ate more protein would be a better indicator IMO.

That guys a jackass it does not make to much since it shows he does not eat protein he is a stick which probaly works well for what he does but what 20year old is he comparing himself to a 20 year old bodybuilder who eats protein of course he could over endurance a bodybuilder its obvious he trains for endurance lets see how he builds solid muscle without protein I would love to see a 12wk program on him lifting heavy weights and see what kind of results he would have without protein. I guess we as bodybuilder would not make a good audience for him because it just does not work for us like that. I can't have a gruling workout and go eat seed weed and expect to put on good solid muscle theres just NO WAY.With out getting in protein its like working 40hrs and not getting you check whats the use.

Ya some ppl can get away with being vegetarians but if your a hard core bodybuilder that lifts big you just have to have protiens that are enriched with amino acids which are common in your meats. Im no scientist but I don't see the amino make up in a tofu curd being the same as a 12oz medium well NY steak and if so. Everything we have ever read in those BB magazines would be wrong why get all the extra cholesterol and fat with a steak if you can have seaweed instead. I think adding in the middle man which is protein allows it to be absorbed slowly and you body can make good use out of it better. When I eats veggi stuff and tufo I have to shit immediately after eating like that theres no way my bodys got all the nutrition out of that meal when its heading out faster than it went in. Thats just my 2 cents

lol, funny when i get little motherfkers telling me im eating too much protien! lol... im talking about 6' dudes that weigh 190lbs telling me at 5'11" 230lbs that i dont need all that protien. when i dont eat around 400g's protien/ day i dont grow... even when im eating heavy carbohydrates.

lol yeah this guy tried telling me that we are not meant to be 'thick' I'm like WTF runners are not meant to be as fast as they are, swimmers aren't meant to be as fast as they are, I guess training is a bad thing now :D
