Tried a different type of squat today, zurcher squats.
Warmed up with 135, nice and easy. Then went to 225, first set no problem, second set no problem, third set on the last rep I heard a tear.
I can walk on it but can not bend it with any load at all.
Hoping it heals quick, I hate injuries!

that sux grim.......you better take it easy on it for a while. Wrap it tight when you go back. Tears can take forever to heal. Any idea if it was muscle, cartilidge, tendon, etc ?
Went shopping and for the most part it did not bug me, only when bending.
Now I'm sitting with it up and it's throbbing a bit, hoping it will be one of the injuries that only hurts for a day. So far though I'm dreading it's going to be one of those that don't bug you much until the next day.

From the feeling I'd say tendon. It's right smack on the knee cap where the bottom attaches on the outside edge.

Feeling pretty good this morning. A bit swollen/stiff I don't dare trying to bend on it, but it could be far worse.

I was so worried I'd wake up this morning unable to walk on it.
For the most part I can do my normal stuff as long as I'm careful.
No leg workouts though for a bit.

It's feeling pretty damn good tonight.
Going to take it easy for a few days, maybe 'hopefully' if it feels good enough to light legs this coming week.
